Taking to social media, Hydari initially expressed her disappointment with the airport’s handling of the situation. On her Instagram stories, she shared her frustration with the hashtag “#Heathrow chaos * 10000,” criticizing the lack of assistance for over two hours. Screenshots revealed Heathrow directing her to contact the airline for lost luggage. She tagged Heathrow Airport and British Airways in her posts, highlighting the lack of help she received.

However, there was a happy ending. In a joyous video post, Hydari celebrated the return of her luggage after a 45-hour wait. She expressed her immense gratitude to Sabina Fernandes and Cynera Casto, presumably airline staff who helped locate her belongings.

“Thank you so so so much #SabinaFernandes and @cyneracrasto for finding my suitcase,” she wrote. “I hope @british_airways knows how lucky they are to have you on their team… grateful and beyond.”

Hydari also mentioned her commitment to work despite the delay, showcasing her resilience. She concluded her appreciation post with a humorous note, acknowledging an unnamed “Sandy” for their help.
